Natalie currently works for Mondelēz International, where she provides risk assessment advice and guidance acute risk from contamination of, and safety for Mondelēz products.
She is a former member of the FSA where she carried out risk assessments in response to toxicological enquiries on chemical contaminants in food and was a member of the Secretariat to the UK Committee in Toxicity. She subsequently worked at EFSA undertaking risk assessments of contaminants in the food chain.
Dr. Thatcher's appointment as a member of the COT expires on 31st March 2025.
