4.  Review of potential risks from polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) in the diet of infants and 1 to 5 year old children. The COT was asked to review the risks of toxicity from chemicals in the diet of infants and young children. A statement has been issued on PBBs in the infant diet. This paper updates the information for infants and provides information on PBBs in the diet of young children.  TOX/2015/34

5.  Review of risks arising from the infant diet and the development of atopic and autoimmune disease:  Second draft statement on the role of hydrolysed cows’ milk formulae in influencing the development of atopic and autoimmune disease. This second draft COT statement summarises the available information and the Committee’s provisional conclusions.  TOX/2015/35

6.  Potassium replacements for sodium chloride and sodium based additives. This paper updates Members on proposed work with the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) to integrate advice on the risks and benefits. TOX/2015/36

The COT was asked to review the risks of toxicity from chemicals in the diet of infants and young children. A statement has been issued on lead in the infant diet. 8.  Review of potential risks from aluminium in the diet of 1 to 5 year old children and updated exposures for infants aged 0 to 12 months. The COT was asked to review the risks of toxicity from chemicals in the diet of infants and young children. A statement has been issued on aluminium in the infant diet.
